Not much is known about this craft, mostly since I can't be bothered. But the locals can still recall of a local group of union loggers who were deathly scared of the invention of the alligator tug.
Therefore, they decided to protest by going on tour downriver with something approximately looking like this. A donkey engine upon a log raft. Nobody really knows how far they got, and are assumed to have been eaten by catfish or something. Alas, their hopes were futile, and the march of progress churned onwards.
It's got a tiller and a boiler. The most you can mess up is leaving the feed-water pump bypass open if you want to meaningfully put water in the boiler. Good luck.
