It can kinda float. Don't spawn it in a dock, but if you very gently land on the land and keep a tiny bit of throttle and maybe alt hold it should "float". Otherwise it has Radar, Altitude hold, Yaw stabilizer, Position Hold, heater, basic equipment, refueling & recharging, and 6 seats including pilot. 15k, with top speed around 25ish m/s.
