I personally recommend using immersive handcuffs: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3321850228 with this sub because of the whole 'arresting people' thing but its not required if you don't want it.
I also recommend using it with the tranqulizer gun mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3031860859 as it makes dragging prisoners around a lot tedious but again not necessary as chloral + Syringe gun does the same thing but is less available.
