After staring at the submarine menu and got irritated that the only tier 1 transport is at the tail end of the early-game, I decided to make this little ferry. Its quite fast and once you add another gun on the hardpoint you get decent weapon coverage, though in the meantime you have to deal with that exposed rear with its pipe weakpoint! Some inspiration and assets borowed from Submarine Overhaul.
